A richly layered syrah in the European style, this fruit comes from two growers on the Black Sage Bench, Canada's premier winegrape-growing area. Three years barrel aging in used French barriques softened rich berry flavours and enhanced a smooth peppery finish. Enjoy this wine with rich game meats and red wine reduction sauces.
