A classic Australian blend in a classic European style. Three-quarters bright Cabernet Sauvignon and one-quarter dark Syrah, this fruit comes from two vineyards on the Black Sage Bench, Canada's premium winegrape-growing area. Three years aging in used French barriques concentrated bright berry flavours and darkened the earthy pepper finish.
This crisp red wine had just 125 cases made.
